Brad Weinstock, Principal
Mr. Weinstock is officer in charge of WPD's acquisition and management of new and existing for sale and income producing commercial and residential properties. Through Mr. Weinstock's relationship with the brokerage community, WPD has been able to align itself with top quality projects.

Mr. Weinstock has over twenty years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry. Prior to WPD, Mr. Weinstock was a Project Manager for Goldrich & Kest Industries, a leading U.S. real estate development concern. Mr. Weinstock was responsible for entitling, financial modeling and construction purchasing on several successful projects including The Grand Promenade, a $40mm mixed used project in downtown Los Angeles. Prior to Goldrich & Kest, Mr. Weinstock worked in the family business, Weinstock Construction, builders and developers since 1946. Weinstock Construction has developed over 10,000 single family and multi family units throughout the western United States.

Mr. Weinstock is a graduate of The University of Southern California and a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

Mr. Weinstock is a congregant of Temple Israel in Hollywood and a member of Brentwood Country Club's Chapter of the United Jewish Fund.

Damon Porter, Principal
Mr. Porter oversees all administrative functions of WPD and is officer in charge of real estate development. In this role, Mr. Porter is responsible for the analysis and profitability of a proposed project, ensuring it meets the requirements of the firm and its investors. With a project in hand, Mr. Porter works with architects and engineers to design the project in a way that will add value to the community and one city officials will approve. Upon project approval, Mr. Porter's division is responsible for construction through completion.

Mr. Porter developed a wide breadth of construction and development experience beginning at an early age. The Porter family has been actively involved in architecture and real estate development for more than thirty years, with projects ranging from small commercial complexes to multimillion-dollar mixed-use developments both in the United States and abroad. Through his work with Altoon & Porter Architects, Mr. Porter has learned the value of great architecture, planning and adding value to a community. Through his work with La Mancha Development, Mr. Porter has learned the value of pre-development planning to mitigate risks and of capitalizing a project liberally to protect against market movement.

Mr. Porter is a graduate of The University of Southern California, a licensed General Contractor and California Real Estate Broker.

Stevens Wilson, Director of Architecture
Mr. Wilson joins WPD from the prestigious design/build firm of Tamaro Architecture based in Manhattan Beach. Mr. Wilson's fifteen years in the Architecture profession have not only enabled him to design technically challenging structures, but to assist in the development and construction processes as well.

WPD's Advisory Board is comprised of distinguished real estate professionals. The firm draws on their vast network of industry relationships and experience and expertise in the form of complex capital structuring and project design.

Jona Goldrich, Principal, Goldrich & Kest Industries
Mr. Goldrich is a founder of Goldrich & Kest Industries a diversified real estate development and management group of companies and partnerships. The first of approximately 200 ownership entities was formed in 1956. G&K employs approximately 200 in its corporate offices and has a total payroll of approximately 850.

James Porter, AIA, Managing Partner, Altoon & Porter Architects
Mr. Porter has a broad architectural background from conceptual design through construction. His 33 years of experience include large mixed-use projects, retail complexes, historic restoration, performing arts facilities, hotels, and high-rise housing and office buildings.

Samuel Bachner, Principal, La Mancha Development Company
Mr. Bachner and La Mancha Development have been responsible over that last 30 years for the development and construction of hundreds of retail, office and housing projects throughout California, Arizona and Nevada.
